Our firm in Long Island, New York, practices in the area of Education Law, School Law and disability law for students. We represent children and parents exclusively and we do not represent any school districts. Both of the firm's partners are fully conversant in all areas of education law and disability law for students, including accomodations for testing, such as SAT's, MCATs and LSAT's, disciplinary hearings, special education issues, residency, testing accommodations, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and ADA accommodations for students with disabilities in school, camp, college and other activities.

We also provide Trust and Estate planning for many of our clients including special needs trusts, along with guardianships. In addition our firm provides prompt and personalized Real Estate legal services.

Our firm provides free presentations to groups and organizations in the areas of Education Law, Estate Planning and Real Estate. We have given many presentations to SEPTA, the Epilepsy Foundation, the Down Syndrome Foundation, CHADD, the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Association School Law Conference, as well as brokerages in the area of real estate law. We are available to speak both during the day and in the evening and can accommodate both large groups and small groups.
